Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria: Diagnostic criteria for Western medicine: Patients with moderate to severe vessel stenosis (50%-75%) in major coronary arteries (left main artery, anterior descending branch, circumrotatory branch, right coronary artery) shown by coronary angiography + patients after PCI (including stents and drug balloons). (1) meet the diagnostic standards of Western medicine and Chinese medicine; (2) Age: 18-85 years old; (3) All patients and their family members signed informed consent forms, and were able to actively cooperate with the task deployment of the study, and did not use any non-prescribed drugs during the observation period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with unstable heart colic or acute myocardial infarction; (2) Patients with coronary interventional hypertension; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Patients with mental diseases; (5) Patients with tertiary high risk of hypertension; (6) Patients with angina caused by coronary arteritis, syphilitic aortitis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and congenital coronary artery malformation; (7) Patients with severe renal insufficiency, severe liver insufficiency, respiratory failure, liver failure and hyperthyroidism. (8) Patients with poor compliance, who cannot persist in taking Tongguan Yixin prescription, cannot accept standardized Western medicine treatment, and cannot cooperate with examinations; (9) Patients who do not meet the clinical symptoms and tongue and pulse manifestations of Qi deficiency and blood stasis; (10) Patients who took other traditional Chinese medicines and proprietary medicines during the enrollment period.
