Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.gestational age 28~36 weeks; 2.Apgar score at 5 minutes >7; 3.postnatal age <28 days; 4.first time admission to the hospital or hospitalization in other hospital = 3 days; 5.both ears passed the hearing screening test; 6.family informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.required Invasive assisted ventilation; 2.periventricular leukomalacia or intraventricular hemorrhage (grade III/IV); 3.substance abuse by the mother during pregnancy.
