Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Coronary angiography and intravascular ultrasound examination were performed on HIV infected individuals with clinical suspicion/confirmed coronary heart disease. According to the degree of coronary artery stenosis (coronary artery stenosis greater than 50% diagnosed as coronary heart disease), they were divided into HIV combined with coronary heart disease group and HIV not combined with coronary heart disease group. Patients who were hospitalized during the same period and underwent coronary angiography and intravascular ultrasound examination were selected as the control group. HIV patients are required to undergo regular antiviral treatment for at least 1 year, with HIV-1 RNA<400 copies/mL, and aged between 18 and 70 years. HIV diagnosis is confirmed by positive results obtained through ELISA and Western blotting. The diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease are based on the results of coronary angiography, and if the vascular stenosis is greater than 50%, it is diagnosed as coronary heart disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women; Malignant tumors; Acute infected individuals; HBV and HCV infected individuals; Cocaine users; The patient and their family members refused to participate in the study.
