Methamphetamine dependence

Interventions

MA-Intervention group:Under the supervision of an experienced researcher, participants in the Exercise group performed aerobic exercise training four times per week for 60 min for 8 weeks. The aerobic
MA-Control group:Routine detoxification intervention and no strenuous physical activity throughout the study period.
Healthy-Control group:No intervention, assessment collection of relevant indicators at baseline only

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-65 years old; (2) with a clear history of methamphetamine use; (3) with drug cravings at mild cravings and above; (4) with patients who have signed an informed consent form stating that they have fully understood the information related to this study and have voluntarily participated in the study and voluntarily complied with the study regulations; (5) with right-handedness; and (6) with no other scientific methods of detoxification being accepted in the course of the experimental conduct. For example, Chinese medicine detoxification, push and pull bar detoxification, virtual reality detoxification, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with neurological disorders; (2) patients with cardiovascular disorders; (3) persons with other serious physical illnesses; (4) patients with psychiatric disorders; (5) patients with a history of brain injury; (6) patients with a history of epilepsy; and (7) persons who, in the judgement of the investigator, are not credible subjects or have poor compliance. Patients with any of the above exclusion criteria could not be enrolled in this trial.
