Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The Participants meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke, and stroke by cranial CT or MRI; Participants need to be 18 years old or older; Participants need to be clear, be in stable condition, and have certain understanding and cooperation ability; The patients and their families volunteered to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with other serious heart, lung, kidney and other organs of chronic diseases or severe external injuries; Before the onset and discharge are in bed and unable to take care of themselves; Death or lost contact during the follow-up period; Readmission during out-of-hospital rehabilitation.
