Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Hospitalized patients WHO met the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for T2DM; 2 Age =18 years old; 3 Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.language communication barriers, mental behavior abnormalities; 2.Patients with severe organ dysfunction; 3.Patients with hypoglycemia within 24 hours of admission; 4.Patients with cognitive impairment and no accompanying family members; 5.Patients who have recently or are currently participating in other similar studies;
