18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)=18 years old; 2)Immediate implantation for at least one posterior teeth without immediate restoration; 3)The buccal bone wall was intact after tooth extraction ( or the maximum buccal bone defect = 3 mm ) ; 4)Complete and reliable medical records and photographs ; 5) Complete radiographic data (before surgery, immediately after surgery, before the second stage surgery, final restoration and follow-up).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous history of sinus floor elevation 2) Uncontrolled systematic diseases. 3) Pregnant or nursing 4) Poor oral hygiene
