Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Twin pregnancy; 2. Cesarean section delivery was performed in our hospital, and the clinician considered the risk of postpartum hemorrhage during the operation, and had used uterine gauze packing or lower uterine strapping to prevent postpartum hemorrhage; 3. Patients are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Twins with placenta implantation; 2. The cause of postpartum hemorrhage was abnormal coagulation function or soft birth canal fracture; 3. Intra-operative bleeding greater than 1000ml.
