Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with ASA grade I to III who need to undergo general anesthesia with tracheal intubation. 2. Aged >18 years. 3.Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mouth opening <2 transverse finger; patients with limited mandible movement; 2.Patients with total tooth loss; 3.encyesis; 4.Patients with maxillofacial deformities; 5.Patients with cervical spine injury, history of previous neck surgery, and limited neck mobility; 6.Patients with oropharynx and neck space; 7.Past history of difficult airway requiring awake intubation; or rapid sequential induction; 8.Patients undergoing endotracheal intubation using a direct laryngoscope or a bronchoscope; 9.mentally ill person; 10.Failure to read / understand the informed consent form; 11.Patients who cannot cooperate with ultrasound examination;
