60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-85 years old; 2. Patients underwent urological surgical procedures in our hospital; 3. Patients considered debilitating using the Frail Scale scale. 4. Informed consent, voluntarily participate in the experiment, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People allergic to emulsions, remimazolam and opioids; 2. Cranial CT examination was performed to exclude organic brain injury,patients diagnosed with epilepsy, anxiety and depression or severe physical diseases,and who had previous encephalopathy; 3. Patients with drug dependence, substance abuse, or who use anticonvulsants, sedatives, and depressants in the last three months; 4. Patients with audio-visual disorders, long-term insomnia, and being unable to communicate for other reasons; 5. Patients predicted by the anesthesiologist to have or to have a difficult airway. 6. The researchers believe that participants who are not suitable to participate in this study.
