Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Residing in the city / district (i.e., Tianjin, Xiamen, Yinzhou, and Chongqing); 2. Seeking medical care locally between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2023; 3. Under the age of 18 at the time of the visit; 4. Clinical diagnosis containing ARI related keywords (including "respiratory tract infection", "respiratory diseases", "cold", "pneumonia" and "bronchiolitis") or corresponding ICD-9/10 codes, or receiving laboratory tests related to respiratory pathogens during the visit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete clinical data related to the research; 2. Hospital-acquired ARI cases.
