Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the patient meets the clinical diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke and is treated with thrombolysis; 2. patients can cooperate with treatment and observation, are conscious and have stable vital signs; 3. The age is between 18 and 80 years old; 4. The patient accepts the treatment of this program, is informed and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those with serious complications or infections prior to admission; 2. those with visual or auditory impairments who are unable to match the survey assessment; 3. women during pregnancy or lactation; 4. patients participating in other clinical trials within 1 month; 5. those with a previous history of psychiatric disorders.
