Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Premature infants with gestational age 32 weeks), and those who finally met the diagnostic criteria for BPD were included in the BPD group, those who did not meet the diagnostic criteria were control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The infants has congenital heart, pulmonary, digestive tract malformations or other system malformations 2) specimens were not successfully collected.
