Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Age 18-60 years old, gender unlimited; b. Periodontitis group: Patients with clinical diagnosis of periodontitis (= 4 affected teeth (PD=5 mm, CAL=3mm, imaging bone loss =3mm), that is, patients diagnosed as stage II-IV periodontitis according to the new classification of periodontitis in 2018. Periodontal health group: Patients requiring treatment in the periodontal department due to orthodontics, aesthetics, or wisdom tooth extraction were diagnosed as periodontal healthy people according to the new classification of periodontal disease in 2018 (detected bleeding site <10%, PD=3 mm, no attachment loss or bone loss). c. =20 remaining teeth in the mouth; d. No periodontal treatment in the past 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients who had previously received oral surgery or had intraoral prosthetics that might interfere with the evaluation of the indicators in this study. b. Systolic blood pressure >160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >100mmHg in hypertensive patients. c. systemic disease (malignant tumor, diabetes mellitus, heart failure due to heart disease, myocardial infarction within six months, angina symptoms within six months, congenital heart disease, etc.). d. People who are using NSaids, bisphosphonates or corticosteroids. e. Pregnant or lactating women or women using estrogen contraception; Patients with pregnancy plans. f. Patients with a history of alcoholism, intravenous drug addiction, mental or intellectual impairment.
