Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria for hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke and are diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI imaging. (2) After cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage (onset = 6 months). (3) Vital signs are stable, conscious, without serious comprehension dysfunction, without obvious cognitive impairment, and able to cooperate with the therapist's training. (4) Subjects with a modified Ashworth score of =1 in elbow and knee passive flexion and extension in the supine position. (5) Subjects agreed and signed an informed consent form. (6) The hemiplegia meets Brunnstrom's stage III-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with combined limb deficits. (2) History of epilepsy and family history of epilepsy. (3) Those with bleeding tendency, combined cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, renal and other vital organ dysfunction or other serious physical diseases. (4) Patients with a history of mental illness, severe cognitive or communication disorders, inability to express feelings and poor compliance. (5) Botulinum toxin injection in the lower limbs of the affected side. (6) Patients with acute or chronic deep vein thrombosis or other vascular embolism, or severe osteoporosis.
