Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed rectal adenocarcinoma and sigmoid colon adenocarcinoma, over 18 years old, unable to remove tumor according to endoscopic evaluation, tumor location at a distance of 7cm or more from the anal margin (5cm or more from the dentate line) on preoperative colonoscopy, abdominal enhanced CT staging: CT1-2, Nx, M0

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart and lung disease or other reasons who cannot tolerate colonoscopy and laparoscopic surgery, changes in intestinal anatomy due to previous abdominal surgery history, severe mental disorders, refusal of laparoscopic surgery, pregnant or lactating women
