Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age >18 years old 2.severe aortic valve regurgitation 3.patients with heart failure symptoms can tolerate the intensity of exercise load (METS=2-3) 4.EF>40%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.concomitant moderate to severe aortic valve stenosis and other moderate or severe valvular disease 2.concomitant coronary heart disease 3.concomitant maligant arrhythmia(including atrial fibrillation, ventricular fibrillation and so on) 4.concomitant the history surgery ,radiotherapy or chemotherapy for maligant tumors 5.suboptimal echocardiographic images (obesity,COPD,thoracoccyllosis and so on) 6. patients disagree to join us
