Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Screening of elderly patients with chronic heart failure during the geriatric study enrollment period; Definitions: Patients aged = 60 years are defined as elderly patients. According to the Chinese expert consensus (2021) for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure in the elderly, N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide pro (NT-proBNP) is used for the screening and diagnosis of heart failure, and > 220 ng/L can diagnose chronic heart failureNT-proBNP > 660 ng/L with atrial fibrillation rhythm can be diagnosed as patients with chronic heart failure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with the assessment process and refuse to sign the informed consent form; 2. Those who fail to effectively control local or systemic bacterial infection in the acute stage; 3. Patients with shock (blood pressure lower than 90/60mmHg) and critically ill patients, who are at risk of changing their condition at any time, and cannot cooperate with the operation and evaluate the effect; 4. Those with mental and neurological diseases who cannot cooperate with doctors; 5. Patients with malignant tumors and diseases that affect life expectancy
