18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between the ages of 18 and 80 with a clear diagnosis of chronic kidney disease in our hospital will be eligible for inclusion. All participants will be required to personally own an operational smartphone, have an active wechat account and an adequate level of Chinese communication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: serious complications or comorbid conditions, inability to operate a smartphone for trial purposes (e.g., vision, hearing, cognitive, or mobility impairments), lack of Internet access in place of residence.
