Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Meet the diagnostic criteria of IBS-D in Rome IV; (2) IBS-SSS is greater than 75 points; (3) Aged 18-60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) organic gastrointestinal diseases: such as peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, acute and chronic intestinal infection, lactose intolerance, etc.; (3) Diseases that may be related to intestinal permeability: rheumatoid arthritis, pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis, food allergy, collagenous vascular disease, kidney disease, chronic skin disease; (4) Other diseases: tumor, thyroid disease, diabetes; (5) Patients who took nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, aspirin, alcohol, or other drugs that may affect intestinal permeability and allergic reactions during the first 2 weeks of enrollment.
