Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective tonsillectomy and/or adenoidectomy under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 5-12 years; 3. Gender not specified; 4. ASA physical status classification I-II; 5. Informed consent obtained from parents, as well as verbal assent from the child.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Developmental delay or neurological disorders; 2. Hearing impairment or deafness; 3. Neuromuscular disorders; 4. Inability to obtain a mother's recording that meets the trial requirements; 5. Any history of previous surgery; 6. Recent history of sedative medication use in the child.
