Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Preoperative clinical diagnosis of high or low rectal cancer, and TNM stage I-III; 3. Meet LARS diagnostic criteria and LARS score >= 30 points; 4. The number of stool > 3 times/day; 5. Rectal preservation operation time for rectal cancer (including preventive ostomy restoration operation time) >= 1 month; 6. Survival time is expected to be >= 6 months; 7. Have basic communication skills and understanding skills, and can cooperate with examination, treatment and follow-up; 8. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery; 2. Patients with diarrhea caused by other diseases or reasons (including but not limited to Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.); 3. Local tumor recurrence; 4. Patients with severe postoperative complications such as intestinal fistula; 5. Complicated with serious heart, lung, kidney and other systemic diseases; 6. Participating in other clinical trials.
