Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. over 18 years old; 2. Scheduled to undergo elective non-cardiac, non-intracranial medium to high-risk surgery, with an expected surgery time of more than 1 hour and a postoperative hospital stay of more than 24 hours; 3. The subject or their family can understand the study protocol and are willing to participate in this study, providing written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During pregancy; 2. Living at an altitude above 2500 meters for a long time, or having resided in an area above 2500 meters for more than 3 months recently; 3. Suffering from a hematological disorder other than anemia; 4. Having severe comorbidities that may interfere with outcome measures, such as uremia or neuropsychiatric disorders; 5. Unable to cooperate or understand the conditions and objectives of this study, or refusing to sign the informed consent;
