Interventions

Gold Standard:Abdominal X-ray is the gold standard for determining the end position of a nasoenteric tube.
Index test:Diazotization test: Test the nature of the aspirate using diazotization reaction reagent. Draw digestive fluid from the end of the withdrawal tube, drop >0.5ml into the reagent, shake well,
otherwise, it fails.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age over 18 years; ? Compliance with the indications of enteral nutrition therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Complete intestinal obstruction; ? Active gastrointestinal hemorrhage; ? High-flow small intestinal fistula; ? History of esophageal or gastric surgery; ? Severe intestinal dysfunction such as severe diarrhea, intractable vomiting, and severe malabsorption.
