Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for patellofemoral joint pain; 2. Age range from 18 to 50 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Have at least one week of patellofemoral joint pain (7 points = pain visual simulation score level = 2 points); 4. Reproduce through at least one activity (up/down stairs, jumping, running, sitting for a long time, squatting, kneeling) or at least one clinical trial (patellar extension test, patellar grinding test); 5. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. MRI indicates other specific pathologies, including meniscus, ligament, or cartilage injuries, as well as osteoarthritis, epiphysitis, significant knee joint effusion, or recurrent patellar subluxation or dislocation; 2. Those with obvious pain in the knees, buttocks, or back who cannot tolerate exercise therapy; 3. Previous knee joint injuries that have an impact on the current clinical situation, such as fractures, joint capsule, ligament injuries, etc; 4. Within the first 3 months, take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or cortisone, or undergo physical therapy or other similar exercise for PFP syndrome. 5. Those who cannot tolerate massage techniques.
