Psychological enhanced Tai Ji Quan training group:Each Tai Ji Quan session intervention last 30 minutes, which involves the following steps: (1) warm-up exercise (5 minutes) consisting of guided breat
(2) main exercises (20 minutes) including the typical 24-form Yang style Tai Ji Quan (DaoJuanGong, LouXiAuBu, YeMaFenZong, YunShou, JinJiDuLi, DengJiao, LanQueWei, ShiZiShou), standing with Tai Chi ba

19 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 19 and 35. 2.Currently pursuing Master or PhD degree. 3.Moderate MDD, assessed by PHQ-9 with score of 5-9, and confirmed by psychiatrists.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of being diagnosed with bipolar disorder. 2. A history of being diagnosed with schizophrenia. 3. A history of Substance-induced mood disorder. 4. Diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder. 5. Are currently receiving psychological therapy. 6. Are alcohol or drug dependent. 7. Are acutely suicidal or had suicidal attempts in the last 2 months. 8. Are cognitively impaired. 9. Not able to do physical exercise, such as physical disabilities. 10. Have regular Tai Chi, yoga, or other mind-body interventions (>3 times a week for >30minutes per session) in the last 2 months.
