Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers were selected for the study. There were no special requirements for subjects for the collection of specimens, except for the collection of breast milk, which required lactating women. Consent to participate is sufficient.

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with failed cerebrospinal fluid acquisition
