18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 18; 2. Historical imaging data suggests diagnosis of advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). 3. Complete renal MRI images: including non-contrast-enhanced images, contrast-enhanced images, and functional imaging sequences. 4. Complete clinical, laboratory, and pathological information, including age, gender, body mass index (BMI), smoking history, diabetes history, complete blood count, World Health Organization/International Society of Urological Pathology (WHO/ISUP) nuclear grading, sarcomatous differentiation, immunohistochemistry results, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior history of targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or radiotherapy and chemotherapy. 2. Percutaneous renal biopsy had been performed prior to MRI examination. 3. Insufficient MRI scan quality, including obvious imaging artifacts and incomplete MRI coverage 4. The primary lesion cannot be evaluated using the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors, RECIST 1.1.
