Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Traumatic fractures; (2) Hip fractures (femoral neck and intertrochanteric), pelvic fractures, acetabular fractures, and distal femoral fractures; (3) Aged = 18 years; (4) Complete clinical medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Long-term use of anticoagulant drugs; (2) Coagulation dysfunction or hematological diseases; (3) Pregnancy; (4) Severe mental illness; and (5) Presence of DVT before fracture
