Interventions

experimental group:The patient removes the occipital lying head 45° to the right, selects the left nasal cavity, holds the gastric tube in the left hand, and inserts the tip of the gastric tube perpen
control group:a supine position without pillow with the head in a neutral position, and the nasal-gastric tube was inserted through the left nostril with the tip of the tube perpendicular to the nasal

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with oral tracheal intubation; (2) No previous nasal surgery; (3) normal anatomy of esophagus and throat; (4) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Skull fracture; (2) abnormal coagulation function; (3) esophageal stenosis; (4) History of head and neck radiotherapy.
