Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Tracking group: 1. New recruits who are about to serve on the plateau; 2. Living in plain areas with an altitude of less than 500m for a long time before enlisting, with no history of exposure to high altitude within one year; 3. Previous physical health, no chronic respiratory diseases (such as tracheitis, asthma, allergic rhinitis), no obvious cardiopulmonary dysfunction, gender not limited. 4. Fully understand the purpose and significance of this study, and voluntarily participate in the research. Control group: 1. Soldiers who are stationed in high-altitude areas above 3000 meters, with relatively fixed service locations, and have served on the plateau for more than 3 years (including 3 years); 2. Living in plain areas with an altitude of less than 500m all year round before enlisting; 3. Previous physical health, no chronic respiratory diseases (such as tracheitis, asthma, allergic rhinitis), no obvious cardiopulmonary dysfunction, gender not limited. 4. Understand the purpose and significance of this study, and voluntarily participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject does not wish to continue participating in the study for any reason. 2. The subject is unable to continue living or working at high altitudes due to unforeseen circumstances. 3. The subjects are unable to cooperate with relevant examinations.
