Early-time restricted eating:A non-randomised crossover controlled study was conducted in which healthy adults who met the inclusion criteria underwent early time-restricted eating and late time-restr
and a washout period of 2 weeks was carried out in between. The intervention lasts for 2 weeks, with a 2-week washout period

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18 to 75 years; (2) Healthy people; Fasting blood glucose < 6.1 mmol/l OGTT 2h blood glucose < 7.8 mmol/l HbA1c < 5.7 %. (3) Signed informed consent after fully understanding the study's implementation process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of combined cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, hematopoietic and tumour primary diseases and psychiatric disorders; (2) Impaired consciousness or inability to cooperate with treatment; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Calculated glomerular filtration rate less than 45 ml/min/1.73 m2; (5) History of liver disease (except non-alcoholic fatty liver disease) such as cirrhosis, hepatitis B or C (except in carriers), or alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or aliquot aminotransferase (AST) exceeding the upper limit of the normal range (ULN) by a factor of 3 or total bilirubin exceeding a factor of 2 ULN; (6) History of acute or chronic pancreatitis; (7) Severe chronic infection (e.g., tuberculosis) (8) Severe or unstable heart failure with myocardial infarction within the last six months; (9) History of advanced malignancy and extensive metastatic cancer; (10) Depression, epilepsy, schizophrenia, Alzheimer's disease; (11) Eating disorders or behavioral cognitive difficulties such as malnutrition, alcoholism, anorexia nervosa, and manageable starvation disease; (12) History of AIDS, substance abuse; (13) Being involved in another clinical research trial; (14) Other conditions that the investigator considers inappropriate for enrolment.
