real ECP group:The true ECP group underwent ECP treatment at a standard pressure of 150mmHg, starting from the 4th day of onset. ECP treatment was administered twice a day for 30 minutes, lasting for
shame ECP group:The fake ECP group underwent ECP under standard pressure of 75mmHg, and ECP treatment began on the 4th day of onset, twice a day for 30 minutes, lasting for 10 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute cerebral infarction patients with poor perfusion after intravenous thrombolysis. Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for acute cerebral infarction comply with the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous brain diseases, including intracranial aneurysms or arteriovenous malformations, brain surgery or hemorrhagic stroke, and cerebral infarction within the past 3 months; (2) Previous major diseases: cancer, AIDS, severe heart disease (left ventricular ejection fraction<35%, valvular heart disease), dementia, liver failure, cirrhosis, portal hypertension, active hepatitis and other liver diseases, acute and chronic severe renal insufficiency; (3) Cardiogenic cerebral embolism; (4) Uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure = 180/100mmHg); (5) Lower limb deep vein thrombosis and coagulation dysfunction; (6) The mRS score after intravenous thrombolysis is = 2 points.
