Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years old 2.Perioperative patients undergoing hepatectomy 3.Patients who were successfully extubated on the day after surgery (no re-intubation within 48 hours after extubation)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old 2. Patients who are not successfully extubated due to various reasons on the day after surgery 3. Patients who are re-intubated for various reasons within 48 hours after extubation 4. Have been given non-invasive or invasive mechanical ventilation therapy within the past 6 months 5. Pregnancy
