Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) ? patients' age =60 years old; ? patients met the diagnostic criteria of 2018 ?China Dementia and Cognitive Impairment Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines?, and dementia was clearly diagnosed by a neurologist or psychiatrist ; 2) family caregivers ? aged =18 years old; ? were the patients' spouses, children, or legally or blood-related other Family caregivers (1) were =18 years old; (2) were the patient's spouse, children, or other family members with legal or blood relationship; (3) had a daily caregiving time of =4 h and a caregiving duration of =3 months; (4) gave informed consent to voluntarily participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? family caregivers with serious acute and chronic diseases, such as acute heart failure, liver and kidney failure, etc.; ? receiving compensation for care; ? family combination of other major traumatic events, such as bereavement
