CU Control group:Loratadine tablets
CU Treatment group:Loratadine tablets and electrical stimulation of auricular point
AD Control group:Loratadine tablets 10mg/ time, once a day, for 4 weeks
AD Treatment group:Loratadine tablets and electrical stimulation of auricular point

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic urticaria (CU) or atopic dermatitis (AD); (2) 18 years old = age =70 years old; (3) Not participating in other ongoing clinical investigators; (4) Normal liver and kidney function; (5) Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with unconsciousness, unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms and patients with anxiety, depression and psychosis; (2) Patients with severe primary diseases such as tumor, cardiovascular, endocrine, hematopoietic and other diseases; (3) The skin around the auricle is infected; (4) Pregnant and lactating women.
