Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult outpatients undergoing elective painless gastroenteroscopy and / or treatment under intravenous anesthesia with propofol. Asa gradeI~?, age 18~ 65 years, bmi 18~40 kg / m2. No severe respiratory, cardiovascular and neurological diseases, no liver and kidney dysfunction, no history of drug allergy, no upper respiratory tract infection, no nasal obstruction before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy; cardiac insufficiency, respiratory dysfunction, alcoholism, or drug dependence; severe visual or hearing impairment; inability to cooperate or language barrier, communication difficulties; patients unable to follow-up; patients and family members refused to participate in the investigator.
