Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 208 adults over 18 years old with a body mass index of less than 35kg/m^2 were included consecutively.,who are from orthopedics, general surgery, urology Gynecology and other departments after 8 hours of fasting.And these patients are required endotracheal intubation and general anesthesia surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obesity (BMI ?35kg/m^2), pregnancy, recent upper gastrointestinal bleeding (within 1 month), previous lower esophageal or gastric surgery, known anatomical abnormalities of the upper gastrointestinal tract including hiatal hernia and gastric tumor
