Elderly patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia

Interventions

Aceketamine group/saline group:Experimental group: group NE was injected with esketamine 0.2 mg/kg intravenously 3 min before induction of general anesthesia.
Saline group:3min before induction of general anesthesia, intravenous saline was administered in the same dose as in the esketamine group.

65 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patients were aged 65-75 years, of either sex, with a body mass index (BMI) of 18-25 kg/m²; (2) Preoperative patients awake, elective surgery and anesthesia requiring general anesthesia with tracheal intubation; (3) Preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II and Mallampati airway classification I-II; (4) No serious cardiac, pulmonary, cerebral or other vital organ pathologies, and no obvious abnormalities in liver or renal function; (5) Clearly understood the research content of this study before surgery and participated voluntarily, and signed an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction or severe cardiovascular disease; (2) Those with a heart rate < 55 beats/minute or with a high degree of atrioventricular block requiring a pacemaker; (3) Patients with sinus tachycardia or severe arrhythmia; (4) Patients with combined hypotension, shock, or hypertension grade 2 or higher; (5) Patients with known allergy to the anesthetic drugs used in this study or patients with a history of severe allergy; (6) Patients with long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, narcotic analgesics or sedatives; (7) Presence of mental illness and consciousness (8) Patients who have taken hormonal drugs before surgery; (9) The presence of metabolic or endocrine diseases, adrenal gland diseases; (10) Patients who need preoperative gastrointestinal preparation;
