Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intestinal flora analysis of elderly type 2 diabetes complicated with sleep disorder Normal control group, no type 2 diabetes and no sleep disorder; The elderly sleep disorder group did not have type 2 diabetes and sleep disorder; The elderly group with type 2 diabetes combined with type 2 diabetes and no sleep disorder; Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes combined with sleep disorders had type 2 diabetes combined with sleep disorders. The diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes were: fasting blood glucose =7.0mmol/L; Hemoglobin A1C =6.5%; Random blood glucose =11.1mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Analysis of intestinal flora in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with sleep disorders: 1. Complicated with serious sequelae of stroke, neuropsychiatric disease or other organic encephalopathy; 2. Complicated with severe liver and kidney function damage and organic diseases of digestive tract; 3. Unable to complete relevant scales and questionnaires; 4. Acute or terminal stage combined with malignant tumors or other diseases 5.probiotics or antibiotics were taken 4 weeks before enrollment; 6. Not signing an informed consent form.
