Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient group: 1, the pediatric patients older than 1 month and younger than 18 years 2, the pediatric patients who undergo elective surgery 3, the pediatric patients who use PCAP Nurse group: All the nurses in surgery ward

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, with visual or auditory impairments 2, patients with chronic pain history 3, deny to participate
