Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Due to emergency type A aortic dissection, 1000 patients with total arch replacement, aged 18 to 70 years old, no previous history of liver and kidney disease, no serious arrhythmia, preoperative hemoglobin (Hb)> 100g / L (PLT)> 150109 / L, platelet count without antiplatelet therapy, with the experimenter and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperation combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (2) preoperative blood disease and severe coagulation dysfunction. (3) preoperative cardiac tamponade, cardiac insufficiency, acute myocardial infarction, severe coronary heart disease, three lesions or (4) Preoperative complicated with shock and hemodynamic instability (5) preoperative anemia and Hb <100g / L (6) Combined with cerebral infarction, brain injury and coma (7) The patient refused to perform the blood separation
