Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age = 18 years; 2. diabetic patients; 3. having the results of electromyography and lower limb vascular ultrasound examinations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuropathies caused by other reasons, such as neurotoxic drugs, vitamin B12 deficiency, neuropathies due to cervical/lumbar spine diseases, chronic inflammatory demyelinating diseases, hereditary neuropathies, and vasculitis; 2. Acute complications of diabetes, including diabetic ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state; 3. Infectious diseases; 4. Malignant tumors
