Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age over 18 years (2) General surgery patients diagnosed with acute abdomen and planning to undergo emergency surgery (3) The anesthesia is general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) ACEI / ARB, mineralocorticoid receptor blockers, renin inhibitors and other drugs were taken before operation. (2) hyperthyroidism / hypothyroidism, taking contraceptives or during pregnancy, and testosterone or cortisol disorders (3) Severe sinus bradycardia ( HR < 50 beats / min ). (4) Atrioventricular block grade II or above and no pacemaker (5) Congenital heart disease or other severe cardiovascular diseases above NYHA class III. (6) Severe liver dysfunction ( Child-Pugh C ) (7) Chronic kidney disease ( GFR < 60ml / min / 1.73m2 or end-stage renal disease requiring renal replacement therapy ). (8) Refusing to participate
