Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 60 years or older undergoing elective cardiac surgery ; ASA1-3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their relatives refuse to participate in the study; 2. Patients who cannot communicate and evaluate normally due to language impairment, hearing impairment and other factors; 3. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 4. Those who cannot complete grip strength and human composition analysis due to stroke and other diseases; 5. Patients with diabetes and lactose intolerance; 6. Patients who plan to undergo interventional surgery; 7. Emergency surgery; 8. The researchers do not think it is appropriate to be included in this trial.
