18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) Age >=18 years and <=80 years; (b) cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis was confirmed by abdominal color ultrasound and abdominal MRCP; (c) Patients treated with one or two steps of ERCP and LC; (d) Patients with complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) Patients who underwent LC 3 months after ERCP surgery; (b) Patients who underwent LC+LCBDE without removing stones with ERCP, or who underwent LC after removing stones with ERCP 2 or more times; (c) Patients with LC conversion to laparotomy or change of surgical mode; (d) Patients with postoperative pathological diagnosis of malignant gallbladder disease; (e) Patients who had previously undergone upper gastrointestinal reconstructive surgery (Billroth II anastomosis, cholangio-jejunal Roux-en-Y anastomosis, etc.) that increased ERCP difficulty; (f) Patients with acute suppurative obstructive cholangitis, septic shock, acute pancreatitis, acute cholecystitis, etc., requiring emergency treatment before surgery; (i) Patients with incomplete or missing clinical data.
