18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma confirmed by histopathological examination; 2. The clinical stage is I-IVA, for those who cannot or refuse surgery, they will receive radical chemoradiotherapy/radiotherapy with a dose greater than 50Gy, and for those who can be operated, they will receive neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy/radiotherapy plus surgery; 3. Before radiotherapy, chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy should not exceed 6 cycles; 4. 18-75 years old; 5. PS score=2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other malignant tumors; 2. Have received thoracic surgery or thoracic radiation therapy in the past; 3. Presence of esophageal fistula or has undergone esophageal stent implantation; 4. The enhanced CT image quality is too low before treatment and cannot be used; 5. The estimated survival time is less than 6 months.
