Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with primary Parkinson's disease undergoing bilateral subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation under general anesthesia with etomidate or propofol in our hospital; 2) No previous history of brain surgery; 3) Those who did not take antiparkinsonian medications before surgery; 4) Those who did not take sedative and hypnotic drugs before surgery; 5) Those who did not take antipsychotic drugs before surgery; 6) No intracranial hemorrhage during surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have undergone brain surgery; 2) Preoperative use of antiparkinsonian medications; 3) Those who take sedative and hypnotic drugs before surgery; 4) Preoperative use of antipsychotic drugs; 5) Patients with intracranial hemorrhage during surgery.
