Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age =20 years;?18-20 weeks of gestation;?singleton pregnancy by natural conception; ?no contraindications to exercise assessed by professionals; ?voluntary participation in this study with informed consent; ?intention to undergo regular obstetric examination and follow-up in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Pregnancy with exercise restrictions, such as twin or multiple pregnancies, placenta praevia, preeclampsia,cervical insufficiency, etc.;?those who have participated in a similar exercise program in the past 6 months; ?a history of pelvic floor dysfunction such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, fecal incontinence, or history of miscarriage, spontaneous preterm labor, or adverse pregnancies; ?those who are participating in other clinical studies.
