Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65-80 years undergoing surgery requiring tracheal intubation ASA grade I to III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) hypertention, and basal BP > 180 mmHg; 2), difficult airway; 3) obesity (BMI>30kg/m2); 4) ischemic heart disease; 5) local anesthetic allergy; 6) diabetes associated with autonomic nerve disorder, 7) Airway hyperresponsiveness
